How long do orders take to arrive?
We offer Standard delivery (2–3 working days) and Next Working Day delivery at checkout. Our cut-off for Next Working Day is 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day. If you miss the 2pm cut-off and need an urgent delivery solution, please call us, and we will do our best to help.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £100. Next Working Day delivery is available at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — our no-quibble policy lasts 30 days. We ask that items are unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original undamaged packaging.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, plus express options such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is your coffee freshly roasted?
Always. We roast in small batches and dispatch quickly after roasting, so your coffee reaches you at its best. Every bag of coffee has a batch number and a roast date.
