1. Prepare your grounds: Grind your coffee beans to a medium-coarse grind, similar to coarse sea salt.
2. Assemble your AeroPress: Attach the filter cap to the end of the brewing chamber.
3. Add coffee grounds: Place the filter cap and chamber on your cup. Add your desired amount of coffee grounds (typically 1-2 scoops).
4. Pour hot water: Slowly pour hot water (around 200°F or 93°C) over the grounds, gently swirling to ensure even saturation.
5. Stir gently: After a brief bloom (approximately 30 seconds), stir the coffee gently with a spoon for about 3 seconds.
