41 grinding levels + micro adjustments for perfection
Different brewing methods require different grind levels – from ultra-fine Turkish coffee to coarse grind for French press. With 41 settings, you can easily adjust the grind for Turkish coffee, espresso, percolator, filter coffee, French press, and steep. For even greater precision, 10 micro-adjustments allow you to fine-tune for your brewing method.
Grind directly into the portafilter for your espresso
Grind your coffee directly into the portafilter and enjoy barista-quality espresso at home. Two portafilter adapters (51–53 mm and 58 mm) are included, allowing you to adjust the grind to fit your espresso machine.
Integrated precision scale – for perfect dosing every time
Perfect coffee starts with the right dose. Uniform Evo has a rechargeable precision scale integrated into the lid, weighing with 0.1-gram accuracy. It also features a built-in timer for optimal brewing and a heat-resistant silicone cover. Connect it to the Wilfa SVART app via Bluetooth to easily calculate the right coffee-to-water ratio.
