Base Brew Controls
- Brew temperature: Adjust to achieve your desired flavor.
- Brew ratio: Control the coffee-to-water ratio.
Bloom
- Bloom ratio: The amount of water in the initial pour.
- Bloom duration: How long the bloom phase lasts.
- Bloom temperature: Set the temperature for the bloom water.
Pulses
- Number of pulses: How many times water is added.
- Time between pulses: Interval between water additions.
