The Moccamaster stainless steel thermal jug comes with two caps:
1. A cap with a mixing tube for balanced coffee for use during brewing. With this cap, you can also pour coffee without having to unscrew the cap.
2. A transport cap that allows you to close the jug completely.
The Thermal jug is interchangeable with the old thermal jug (art. 59861) and can be used with the Moccamaster KBGT.
ATTENTION: Do not remove the bottom of the thermal jug. The glass liner is not replaceable.

How long does the coffee stay hot?
The Moccamaster thermal jug now features a glass lining. With the previous thermal jug, this was stainless steel. Thanks to the glass lining, a full jug of coffee stays hot up to 80° C for 3 hours! After 8 hours, the temperature of the coffee is still around 50° C. So whether you work indoors or outdoors, from now on you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee even longer. A must-have for the true coffee drinker!
Improved Spout
The new pouring spout has a modified opening that ensures precise pouring. This prevents spilling. This is why the thermal jug is indispensable in every kitchen.
How to Clean the Thermal Jug?
The improved thermal jug can be easily cleaned with water and a small amount of detergent. The thermal jug is not dishwasher safe.
